1. Using BidBloom

BidBloom provides an interface for interacting with NFT auction smart contracts on BOT Chain. You are responsible for your wallet, keys, network fees and the transactions you authorize.

2. Blockchain transactions

Transactions may be irreversible. Displayed information can be delayed or incomplete. On-chain state and the transaction receipt are authoritative for contract actions.

3. NFTs and listings

You must have the rights and approvals needed to list an NFT. You are responsible for verifying the NFT collection, token ID, listing parameters and payment currency.

4. Fees and refunds

Contract fees, auction rules and withdrawal requirements are determined by the deployed contract. Check the verified source and interface details before using the marketplace.

5. Availability and risk

The interface is provided on an as-available basis. Smart contracts, wallets, RPC services and networks may experience errors or downtime. Never spend more than you can afford to lose.

6. Changes and contact

These terms should be updated with the project operator’s legal name, contact details, governing law and dispute process before launch.
